Service Review: PaperJack Designs

PaperJack DesignsCustom Card Design Services

Retail Price: $15 USD

Let’s face it:  Not all of us have a really nice DSLR camera and Photoshop©, and even fewer of us actually know how to use those things. But when it comes to birth announcements, thank you cards, and invitations, we all want something unique and beautiful – especially if it comes without a couture price tag.  I usually start trying to design a card or announcement on my own, and then become overwhelmed or disappointed in the results, and the project ends up unfinished.  We never sent out birth announcements for my second son for this very reason.  Whoops!

This was before I knew about PaperJack Designs.  Oh, the heartache I would have been saved if I only knew there was someone who could do this for me without breaking the bank.

For about $15 USD, PaperJack Designs will create for you an artful, unique card design for any type of occasion.  Each card includes free photo editing services (B&W conversion, color selection, touch-ups, etc) to bring out all the natural beauty of your subject, and is fully customizable to suit your needs and tastes.  The design is then simply emailed to you so you can print it wherever you choose – whether at home, or through a service like Snapfish, Walmart, or Target for around $0.19 per print, saving you lots of money on printing.   Because the design is then yours, you can use it anyway you like!  You can choose between 5×7 or 4×6 card designs.

The best part is that PaperJack Designs is owned and operated by a Stay-At-Home mom with a background in photography who is committed to making your vision come to life.  She will work with you to come up with a card that suits your personal style, and will deliver a proof in just 48 hours!  Just purchase your template, send a photo/text, and your design proof will be on its way back to you in two days.  No muss, no fuss!  Just think of all the great ways you can use this.  I’ll know I’ll be using PaperJack Designs for all my holiday cards, party invites, and thank you cards.

What a fantastic idea! I’d love to have a nice design for our holiday cards, and, frankly, I’m just not creative enough to do it myself.

Wow! That is a super cool idea! I think that allows for a great design, and some creativity in printing and cost-saving as well. Awesome!

  4. Julie Says:

If I had known something like this was out there I wouldn’t have spent hours and hours on photoshop(which I don’t know very well) making Christmas and Birthday cards last year!

  5. Corrie Says:

I would love to get to try one of these!!
